I have used the mute button, and the report button, but I don't really feel anything comes of reporting offensive chat. And simply censoring certain words is inadequate. You have a responsibility to provide an appropriate atmosphere for the players of the game.
The only true solution to this situation which will vastly improve the game is to install live chat moderators. Yep, that's gonna cost money. But isn't it worth it to improve the overall atmosphere of the game? I feel that if parents were to see what goes on in chat, the number of players in this game would plummet. For now, I will have to avoid global chat, which leaves me this forum as my main means of recruitment, and frankly that is disappointing.
Please seriously consider chat moderators, they will only improve the game.
