In which leage can i find lots of gold if i'm in th 9?

I'm a town hall 9 and people who are in town hall 9 or passed from it knows that it requires lots and lots of tons of GOLD. I want to know in which trophy level i need to stay to get lots of bases with at least 180.000 + GOLD. And that the bases are in a easy- moderate dificulty to loot it. Remember that TH9 don't get good loot from TH7 and lower.
I'm currently at gold 3 but i want to know if i can get a base that i descripted above in silver 1 or lower in a short time ( about 1-5 minuted) or do i need to spend more gold and time to find a base like that in silver 1 or lower?

i am a th9 and me and my friends find that crystal farming is a sweet spot . i would say 1900-2200 trophies is a good range. before the update, it was fantastic, i could find 200k easy loot in less than 5 min. after the update, the range is still a good range, but it takes closer to 10 min to find easy loot bases

if you put ur th on outside, peoplejust snipe you, they rarely go for the 2 or 3 star. most of the people in crystal will take what they can get and get out
