In which leage can i find lots of gold?

I'm a town hall 9 and people who are in town hall 9 or passed from it knows that it requires lots and lots of tons of GOLD. I want to know in which trophy level i need to stay to get lots of bases with at least 180.000 + GOLD. And that the bases are in a easy- moderate dificulty to loot it.

Easy abandoned bases with 200k in the collectors can be found mainly anywhere in gold 1,2, or 3. Crystal 3 is good too.

I've seen many 400K full storage TH 9 bases in gold 1.
