Your base looks like a "modded" version of a common anti hog base. If the attacker does not know that traps well you have a def win, if he does know what he's doing he will just break it and well... 100% (hogs)
Gowiwi/Gowipe/Gowihe/Dragon swarm Gets the the town hall easily and should be a 2 star.
Ballonions can also take down one side leaving it pretty exposed.
(I dont't know how giants or valks will do against it)
Basically it's a good base but do not use it for war.
Thanks for the break down! Been trying different th9 layouts.l this one has been doing ok.. Looking to see if maybe their are better layouts out their that are working extra well
in myopinion, your splash damage buildings are too far away from ur th. if they can take out the first line of wiz tower/mortar, they have an easy 2 star
