I feel that the option to trade or donate resources to another player in you clan would be a good idea. You could Give the option to trade gold for elixir or gold for dark elixir or just donate to another player. Seeing how it takes so long for a players base to build up this would give newer players the option to level up quicker and join the wars.. I have seen many many people drop the game because they don't want to spend money on gems to boost their production times and/or don't have enough elixir to upgrade or make an army. If players had the option to trade/ donate resources the newer players would be hooked faster and may tend to spend money on gems later in the game to boost productions or time. Just a thought.
