We've all leveled up before in Clash of Clans. It's an amazing experience, as it shows that you are becoming an experienced clasher. I believe we need a little more acknowledgement.
When someone levels up right now, it shows a leveling up image in the center of the player's screen to acknowledge they leveled up. What if we made it so everyone in your clan knew you leveled up?
When someone levels up, the original level up screen should appear. Also, in the clan chat, under the player's name it will say "Has leveled up to [Insert level here]"
