New troop: snake charmer.

This troop would be trained with elixer. It would look like an indian (not native american) man with a turban on with a snake around his neck and a flute in his hands. It would have the same movement speed as a barbarian, and when it attacks, it brings the flute to his mouth, plays the sound of a flute note, and the snake would lash out and attack something. Here are some stats:

Maybe make the man and snake loot "dark" in a way for a new de troop. Like purplish and dark blue on the skin and snake.
