One thing that bugs me is when somebody raids my DE with 4 lightning spells. My idea is for a spell catcher that you can place on your village that covers a small portion, like maybe a 10 brick by 10 brick area on the grid that catches spells not allowing them to work. Once it has been hit it must be put back on. Maybe 100,000 E per use.
Suggested before but this is not necessary. DE zapping is not an epidemic, it's a slight nuisance as has been stated before. Zapping ends when you go a bit higher and you could also use your DE to something before it attracts lightnings. Or just ignore it, the amount they get is quite small compared to what you can get by raiding actively for DE
