Go to clan forum elite 3, check out Nick (level 93) in game. Base works well (copied from dubwars video)
I saw his bas design as well. It didn't look too strong, it could be 3 starred by a low level go wipe :P
You should know by now that Th9 can mainly push by being online most, not by winning defense.
Beyond 2500, its not really possible to win defense, unless you get attacked by drunk person or a 8 year old.
