8 or 16 clans with the same amount of players such as 20 have the ultimate war, the clans should be randomized to start the layout of the tournament and if your clan wins you make it to the next round. Each round gets you a bigger loot until you are crowned the champion.
Hard to make fair, hard to make at all. Something like this would be good but this is a bit too difficult to get functional
