This same exact post has already been created (even the boom beach comparison) and it is ruled out. Please read the stickies before posting and use the search function to see if someone has already created a thread on your topic before creating a new one.
Players shouldn't be able to re-use troops they deploy. If they could, people would dump their entire camps into every battle, with no consequences. It would make defending much harder. At least with the way it currently is, players have to actually strategize their attacks, or lose a lot of elixir because they cant manage their troop deployments.

it is not ruled out, supercell is in the process of considering the idea… it might still end up ruled out, but for now, it is not in that section.
Troop Related:
* When heroes get defeated, they drop packages of Dark Elixir similar to tombstone process
* Hero gear: collect/equip boots/gloves/armor/helm/belt/weapon(s) items like many other games
* Ability to select order CC troops deploy (Slide/rearrange icons in CC info screen for sequence?)
* New troop that targets support buildings (non defenses or resource buildings)

* Way to toggle hero guard/sleep while they're injured (button disappears) to set action after healed
* Keep troops that survive a battle

Just saying this isn't boom beach its Clash of clans and the dedicated players to clash of clans can proudly say they're clashers not boomers so we don't want coc to turn into boom beach Clash of clans is unique in the way you don't keep troops but boom beach is unique in the way you Do keep troops so![]()

I've probably said this about 10 times on here, but here goes once more:
It works in boom beach, but doesn't work in Clash of Clans. I will illustrate with an example.
- you are TH10
- you build 12 level 4 dragons
- you find weak TH8 bases with crappy air defenses and raid them full out
- you will not lose a single dragon most of the time. Once in a while, you make have 1 dragon die.
- your cost per attack after the initial cost to build all 12 dragons is very low, if not ZERO (mostly it'll be zero elixir)
- your loots won't be huge because you're attacking 2 THs below yours, but you can also attack non-stop because you always have more dragons queueing in your barracks
- because you attack non-stop, you can earn so much loot picking on TH8s and have zero down time for building troops (without spending gems)
It imbalances the game and has no place in Clash of Clans. SC knows how easily this can be abused and it knows its player base and the majority of veteran players understand why keeping troops after battles isn't fair, so they are understanding and accept the fact that this isn't possible. It's simply overpowered and unfair.
