Transferring, Saving, and Downloading Village Layouts

It's a good start what CoC has implemented with transferring your Village to your War Base, but what about the other way around?
Also, wouldn't it be nice to have a bunch of saved village layouts you can select from to use on either your village or War Base so you don't have to take screenshots of designs you might come back to and painstakingly place your buildings in exactly the same position? Obviously there would be a limit to how many layouts you can save, and obviously it's possible to delete layouts from here.
Finally, what about downloading villages? Like if you see a layout you really like and decide you want to try it out, save that to your list of saved layouts mentioned above, and there would be empty gaps in place of buildings you don't own yet that are in that map, and any buildings you own that they don't will be saved to your build bar. (You know, that bar at the bottom of the screen you drag your buildings out of to place them?)

Saving your base has been mentioned. Please use the search function before posting. I don't know about downloading since it sounds a bit complicated.

Transfering sounds like a good idea, you can transfer your layout to your friend so you both can have the same exact layout with just a few clicks. Very convinient.
