How to upgrade splash defenses as a new TH8?

Hey guys, just got my th8 this morning! I completely maxed th7 btw. So now im confused on how to upgrade my splash defenses. Should i do all at once? one at a time? 1 mortar and one wiz? Should i get my new wiz tower to level 4 before upgrading any wiz to level 5?

Also what is the order of priority for upgrading other stuff at th8? (pekkas, de drill, clan castle, barb king, etc)
I have already started upgrading my lab and my drill is being built.

1- new wiz to similar leve

2- 2 mortars and one wiz tower first then 1 mortar and 2 wiz towers

you may get wrecked if ur high in trophies if u upgrade 3 splash damage , but they dont take alot of time and u have only 3 of them

build new toys first , as always , that will be new tesla and drill and new storages , then work on DE drill with CC first , this should be ur priority in non defensive upgrade , leave the king at lv5 IMO , he isnt worth the DE nor the wait time , max ur valks and minions instead , hogs can be good vs th7 and most th8

Just get on em. bite the bullet max as many as you can as fast as you can. the sooner they are done the better. you'll get wrecked a bunch of times for sure but just ride it out. play in sessions as much as possible.

get the new deffenses up to the lvl of you'r other stuff.

lab, then constantly keep it going until all troops are maxed > de drill > CC > splash > tesla > single target.

doing walls while you do teslas is a great way to keep you'r builders bussy doing an important upgrade while getting a bunch of walls done. just keep 1 builder free. teslas take so long you can get a ton of skulls done.

upgrade your lab and cc first... that's the priority
then upgrade new stuff and max storage and drills along with mortars and WT
