Gems are really important things in this game. But gems are very costly specially for a kid or student like me. We can't buy gems. Either lower the cost of gems or give more gemboxes and do not show partiality in giving gembox.
My friend got 17 gembox and I got only 1 not fair supercell.
I think Supercell is being really fair with gems right now...
You shouldn't be able to get all 5 builders in a month or 2...that's insane. Just suck it up, and earn achievements and collect gems. There are bigger problems...

If you can't afford gems, supercell isn't going to reduce them just for you. Why would they?
Get a paper route or baby sit.
Actually before the gem box update getting gems fit with your progress. After the update, gemboxes and more gems per obstacle removal really made it easier for people to get builder huts faster. Try doing achievements and pushing for them to get gems. (that you need at your level to get the next BH)
