In MY CLAN tab, adjacent to the numbering list there is a triangle up (green color with number) and others are triangle down (red color with number)... What does it mean..sorry for being such a noob

It's for trophies. If someone moves up/down in trophy rank in clan.

It's okay that you're a noob :-)

The triangles are a reference to the game Trivial Persuit.
It's like the cheese triangles that you obtain when you've answered a correct question. There are two different ones, that relate to a type of question, just like in the game:

The green triangle = Science and nature
The red triangle = Entertainment.

This means that whenever your triangle changes colour, you will have to ask a question to your clanmates in the category of the colour.
