A guy named contracted on clash of clans says he is gonna ♥♥♥♥ my account... As I have just reached crystal league this will ruin my account and I will not be able to get that high again... Please can someone help me?!?!They are also gonna ♥♥♥♥ my friends Matt-attack and Hellel we are all pretty good so mods can you please help us

That is because someone keeps inviting him back. Nothing you can do about that. Get his name and report him to support: Press the cog icon --> Help & Support --> Report an Issue --> Other Problem.
