Like it or not, de zapping is a legit tactic. It isn't "OP" because you can only do it once every 1 and a half if a th7. You still do not get much de. So no support, why ruin barchers who lightning mortars.

Well the thing is, barchers don't usually carry around lightning spells.
This idea has an almost 99.98% balance between everything and the range is so small that if th7 zappers come they will need to place more strategically to get more DE.
Whoops forgot build time, I need to put that too.
And since you are an new TH9 you will see why this is needed.

I think this kinda defeats the point of lightning spells. People are bound to use them whether we want them too or not. It's kinda OP and it'd be the equivalent of removing the lightning spell from the game because people could place it wherever.
