Shock Absorber! New way to defend from lightning spells!

Lets get straight to it,
We all hear you whining and complaining how TH8 and 7 noobs are stealing all your precious Dark Elixir,
This idea will help you save dark elixir or help save anything else you want to save from being demolished by an lightning spell.

My idea only features in 2 Levels to keep this perfectly balanced between how much damage an lightning spell can do and how much it will be reduced

REMINDER: You can protect anything with this, that means its not only for dark elixir storage (which most people will use it for).

Reminder2: This is balanced between most of the buildings in clash of clans.

Size and Radius: It is an 2x2 Tower and its radius is 3 Tiles.(FOR ALL LEVELS)

What town hall level do you need to be to buy this?
Town hall 9.

How much can you build?
You can only build 1 as of now (Due to balancing issues)

REMINDER3: It is not in a per strike perspective it is in an Total Damage perspective.

Level 1:
Cost: 2,500,000 GOLD
Build time: 6 days.
How much it will reduce lightning spell level 1 damage: 45
How much it will reduce lightning spell level 2 damage: 53
How much it will reduce lightning spell level 3 damage: 59
How much it will reduce lightning spell level 4 damage: 67
How much it will reduce lightning spell level 5 damage: 76
How much it will reduce lightning spell level 6 damage: 84
HP:1000

Level 2:
TH 10 Required.
DEVELOPER NOTE: Level 1&2 are the same due to intensive balancing issues.
Upgrade time: 7 days.
Cost to upgrade: 3,220,000 (fair price aye?)
How much it will reduce lightning spell level 1 damage: 45
How much it will reduce lightning spell level 2 damage: 53
How much it will reduce lightning spell level 3 damage: 62
How much it will reduce lightning spell level 4 damage: 70
How much it will reduce lightning spell level 5 damage: 80.5
How much it will reduce lightning spell level 6 damage: 89
HP: 1010

That is the most balance that i can do with my math capability (calculator)

Sadly this idea doesn't include balancing from Builder's Hut because its just too low in HP and cannot fit in without making this an OP idea.

You guys at supercell can make it look like whatever you want because i don't have an imagination that works well.
But it MUST be 2x2.

For any spell in my opinion, I don't see why there should be something to stop it. It has good frequent damage, but not op. I don't like the ideas I seen lately about trying to counter attack spells. Spells are the only non defendable special. We dont need everything to have a weakness or stopping power.

didn't you see the radius? its basically 3 tiles, it can effect the outcome and make it more challenging.

Oh wait, they already did that with the hero update

EDIT: that also means you need to be a bit creative with lightning spells.

Sounds rather complex, but I'll support it. Something has to be done to stop/balance-out lightning attacks on DE storage (by TH7 noobs).
