What to Upgrade with Dark Elixer

so i have 23,000 dark elixir currently and i can't decide what to upgrade with it

Barbarian King to lvl 6- a good king is always good and i also would keep my lab free for pekka lvl 2
Minions to lvl 3- i am an avid user of loonian
hogs to lvl 2- hogs are good for clan war and i want to start using them

Minions to level 3 is your best bet. Hogs are basically useless after the new update, not being able to lure the heroes and the extended damage (x1.5) to hogs by giant bombs. Also the King had his sword replaced with a pool noodle in this most recent update and would not upgrade him over minions if you use minions. Good luck!

I would do minions to 3 to be honest, minions are good for several armies

Since the last update, I would spend dark elixir on dark troops and only upgrade the heroes if nothing else is available to spend de on.
