As the title says, a setting to allow or disable clan invites would be great when you're not in a clan. If this has been suggested, I'm sorry. I didn't see it in the ruled out sticky. Or I may have overlooked it.
it could help because it's really annoying to get constantly asked in global to join someone's clan when you just wanna talk to the other people online.

I agree, good idea. In the meantime and, if you don't intend to join a clan, what about making your own clan, just to keep the invites away? I hate small clans, but as long as they aren't spamming global chat offering free co, then I'm cool with them. You could name it "Clanless By Choice"
