ClanWar match making based on no of each th a clan have

I've just created a thread in clan war sub forum about matching clans based on the number of each th they have. it would be really fair to match up this way that the current setup.

With the current setup we can have 40 strong th10 and 10 th3-5 and pull the overall clan strength down and matched up with lower level clan.

Yes, you can do that but what will u win by matching to lower clans?

you get less bonus loot. you will win easily which is not fun.

Only benefit you could get from this is getting a +1 on your number of wins at clan information page. But you will lose the opportunity to get large bonus loot from a balanced match.

would matching a premature th10 against a maxxed one be in any way fair?

level of TH doesnt reflect the level of defensive capability in any real way so I cant see how this would be any sort of an improvement on the current system.

I think that you're probably unusual in being in a clan with such a range of players and thats the issue.

yeah.. its only fun when the adrenal bumped in to my vein while I'm doing my war attack!! with lower clans we are going to miss that..

But that's exploit and can be used by the clans who are really mean about +1 in the clan description..

I really feel that this method would be really fair compared to the current system we have.

But in my understanding and by the game design, the th level should reflect the defensive and offensive strength. that's what a real gamer, a skilled player would do.
I agree that the beginner in each town hall level will be affected by this design and that's just a 1 (3 -2) star difference for couple of weeks. when your troops are upgraded you will be fine again.

But in the current system, a clan with 3-4 th10 will be matched with a clan which has no th10 at all. this can be achieved by reducing the overall clan strength by adding bunch of lower level players in to the clan. assuming that all th10 are average skilled, the opponent clan will get 24 stars for sure with 4*2 th10 attacks on th9 bases and the defending clan will never be able to 2 or 3 star the th10 base with inferno tower.

thus I see a lot of improvement in this design.

I think you'll see my point though, there would be no competition if this was taken into account as a TH10.

ha ha.. you got me.. but I wouldn't have him in my clan unless he has a good bunch of th10 troops.. I wouldn't mind his base giving away a 3 star to the opponent, but I'm really mean about getting the 3 star back in an attack.

If this design is implemented, this would eventually reduce the number of premature town hall upgrades.!!

Besides, I would happily take the challenge to beat the same th level as mine even if I'm new to that level.. that's what I'm doing currently, I just upgraded to th9 and I'm targeting only th9 bases in clan war leaving the th8 bases to the fellow th8 buddies.

Sometimes, I would get 3, some time 2 or 1..

I agree - there would be no place for him in our clan either and these guys throw matching out already due to simply having higher dps based on quantity over quality.

Getting the most out of each level seems to be a dieing art sadly and this is the result.

If it would help turn the tide then i'd vote for it though!

Honestly I don't know if anyone has noticed but the war search takes longer now! And the higher your clan is, or the more diversed it is (what I mean is if you have some really high leveled and some really low leveled) the longer it takes! Less people are doing wars unless they want to prove their clan to be the best!
Even less people would play if this was actually able to be done, or if people knew it could be done!
However if they changed it to where troops were free and anything that you won, Would be extra in your storages, then this wouldn't be a bad idea! But otherwise I don't think this should be done without changing the loot system! It's already hard on lower levels to be raided for their loot by higher levels in normal battle! Let alone allowing people to war farm!
