Gold 2, I've been finding some very good collector raids there.
Also you did the trophy range and name wrong. 1800-2000 is gold 1 not 1400-1600, and so on.

Since you're a TH9 I assume you want to farm TH8s. So a better question is to ask TH8 players where they are farming. Once they tell you, just go there. Problem solved!
