Rush without maxing anything
Max defense only
Max troops and defense
Upgrade without max defense and without max walls/heroes
Max everything 100%

Sorry, just kidding. Wrestling with that question myself. I am going to finish L9 walls before going up. I am toying with getting hero levels to 30 also, but not married to that notion since DE seems pretty easy to acquire, and a 3 rd L6 pump will increase the flow of de.
ps, i have maxed all defensive and troop upgrades.
