Am I TH9 ready

Hello Guys!
I am almost maxed with TH8. I was wondering, am I ready for TH9? I have MOST of the upgrades finished

Upgrades Left

Hogs to Lvl 4
Minions to Lvl 4
Valks to lvl 2
Golem to lvl 2
6 bombs to lvl 5
1 Tesla to lvl 6
187 walls to lvl 8
5 Barb King lvls

So, I was wondering am I ready for TH9, do I max 100%(), or do I upgrade a little bit more?

Max max max max max max your base 100% it is good for your gameplay experience. Studies show you will be 69% happier when you max your base - Time Magazine Ripoff

Whatever you seem unhappy about completely maxing, at least do more upgrading and get at least half lvl 8 walls.
