I'm at Th9 and have been using all dragon against other th9 in clan wars. I usually get 2 stars or 3 stars if lucky. Will gowipe or gowiwi help me to get 3 stars on th9 if my golem , wizard, pekka and witch are maxed for th9? Or will it be better to use dragon?
GoWiPe and GoWiWi are mainly to penetrate core of tough bases for 2*s. What level of opponent are we talking here?
Yes, and absolutely yes.
Gowipe is more practical since it uses dark and elixer, and not mostly dark, and yes it can 3 star a very strong th9 when your a th9
It's much easier to three star a th9 with hogs. Gowiwi loses its momentum after your wizards start getting knocked out. It still has the potential to three star but it is basically a two star army.

Dbl bombs won't kill that many hogs unless you don't know how to release them. The main hurdle is the heroes but I like to use witches to draw their attention.
