Do Pekkas take the short bus?

Been using Witches and Valkyries with wizards and golems- had the same issue this morning. Instead of taking my jump spell express route to the core they went down the sides leaving my 2 golems and just a handful of troops in the core with there CC - total disaster


But it's just part of the game

Could me more effective... but i like seeing a pekkas going all around the base... destroying all surrounding building qhile wiz and golems in middle destroy all def minus one... then that pekkas arrive late at the party saving the whole party with his full hp bar slowly getting to the last building and last def standing (AT killing slowly all troops left) and ... at last second one hitting those poor girls trying to save what remains of the village (their ♥♥♥♥)

The best success that I have had to date with these "things" is to attack a base that has "straight" sides on it, not corners or jagged edges. That seems to send Pekkas into some sort of weird funk. This way, you can drop them right at the entry point from wallies and they go right into the base.

Then, of course, they proceed to working their way around the base on the other side of the first layer of walls if you, like me, neglect to drop more wallies to have them access the inner sanctum.

Now that there is magnet jump spells your problem is solved.

Either you're not putting your pekkas down early enough, you aren't clearing enough outside buildings or both. Sure, PEKKAs are dumb, they are literally a super powerful barbarian which gets picked on by teslas. It's hard I know, but we gonna have to adapt. :/
