it sounds great but seems difficult to find a time and place where and when everyone will attack in a reasonable time
attacking players is like clan wars, so you don't have to be online at the same time.

Does each person get multiple attacks? I think each person should get 5 attacks on the same guys base. Each time the attacker will come up with new strategies and stuff. If you do add this, the reward for winning will need to be greater though.
