I am TH9 and need a new base for an upcoming trophy push. I would like the resources to be reasonably covered and it would be nice to have some funneling in it too. It need to be able to work from Gold 1 to Master 3. Any suggestions?

Just throw the TH in the middle, you can mess around with it if you want.
