OK, i always see people mentioning attack strategies like barching, and looning. I have an idea about what looning is but im confused on what barching is? I'm wondering how this can help me gain loot, and even get me into a high league. I am a TH7, and I am wondering if this strategy would be effective for me and how?

There's lots of threads on barching, but in simplest terms, it's an army composed of BARbarians and arCHers.

Typically half of each, and you mass attack the base of your choosing. You would look for bases with somewhat full collectors so your troops don't have to break too many walls (if any). And with the low elixer count of the troops and relatively fast rebuild times, you can attack more often hopefully increasing your loot gain assuming you find the right targets.

Keep in mind, you won't wipe many bases with this strat, but you should be able to get close to 50% damage giving you wins (don't be afraid to take a loss either... remember, with barching, you're trying to build resources, not trophy's).

thank you that helps alot ive been doing a similar attack strat to that but using a few giants to distract the defenses to ensure i can take as much loot possible

Barch stands for barbs+archers(my favorite army)
and loonian(or loons) is balloons+minions.
Barch is effective at th7 but loons not so much. I can explain further if youd like

Barch is Barbarians and Archers. It's very popular because of its quick training time and how cheap it is to train. It's usually used to take out buildings on outside and collectors
