Hey can anyone give a th7 tips on dark elixir? :)

Hey guys i'm a level 68 maxed th7 currently including walls. I started my th upgrade. All i have left to do is my barb king to lvl 5 and i have him at level 3 already! Do you think its possible to get the Dark elixir needed in 8 days for level 5? And what is the best way to get dark elixir as a th7. The thing i notice is that it is so tough to protect, when you have 15k de in your storage a th8 can steal almost 1000 of it. Any tips? How do i get the dark elixir fast?

Push to crystal. It's real easy. Then raid only TH 9, no penalty but for them its different. Raid anyone with 750 DE. BAG FTW

That is true about raiding for DE in crystal, especially if the bases are abandoned and drills are full as well. You may already know this, so please don't think I'm trying to insult your intelligence, but protecting what you get is even more important sometimes than getting the dark elixir. Be prepared to get lightening spells all the time on it. I suggest upgrading your storage to at least level to so that more hitpoints have to be done in order to get at your elixir. Also, centralize your DE storage with your CC and King (if you have it), something else if you do not. Just keep it as far away as possible and use a farming base.

As for getting the DE, you can go to crystal, but you will get hammered on every time you log off (IMO). I suggest moving up to Gold 3 or low Gold 2 at your town hall and looking for TH8 that have drills and are abandoned or who are dumb in where they put their storages. Be prepared to sacrifice some elixir and, perhaps, some trophies to get the DE. Yes, you can throw a spell on the storage, but that's up to you.

Some may suggest using BAM strategy for this and it is super effective. So is loonian. However, this also uses DE, albeit not too much. If you are desperate for any drop you can get, just go barcher or even a more powerful army to get to it.

Be patient. At th7, dark elxiir is not a priority except for getting the king. Not even for minions in my view. Tier 1 troops work just fine.

hey, last night i wanted to get my barb king upgrade over and done with so i just boosted my spell factory for 4 hours in gold1/2 and dropped lightning spells on storages containing around 1.5k-3k Dark elixir

Dont even waste your time and spells being a zapper. Google "Ninjas guide to dark elixir for town hall 7". Depending on your level of play, his strategy works Awsome, I maxed everything at th7 easily.

Steal more than you lose, that's a start.

Another is to climb so high that everyone around can't really profit from hitting you.

Depends on how much you play. If you can get solid 2 hour sessions in, maybe an hour in morn, 2 at night... you can go up and farm it.

Snipe to high gold league or crystal 3. Look for bases with 400-800 de, or more. Your goal is easy drills and maybe layer 2 DE storages.

I did it with barch. Snipe exposed TH to get there and to maintain position. When you log off you will likely get hit very hard. So snipe and grab any drill you can. When you see a doable 400-800 raid on a storage, go hard on it, taking the loss if you need to.

You can add a few WB if you like. 6-8 at the most. Clear outer buildings with barch. Send in a group of barbs, then archer, toward the wall and DE storage. WB the first wall. Drop heal maybe. If you need it. More barbs, then archers hopefully going to the DE storage, at this point. I forget if TH7 has rage, ha, but a rage inside the first layer to get everything to the storage helps a lot.

Doing this you can manage enough DE easy.

If it is your style, make sure to bring 2 lightning, and lightning the storage or a fat drill in the center. Do this if you see like 1500-2000 available, but cant get to it. You will get a lot. Just adds more.

When I have 68k in my storage a th 10 can take over 1k , let's not even get started with the th 9s, th 8s have a lot available but they can't take my monie
