Hmmmm, just putting ideas out. Its trye a new hero is far from implementation but just ideaas fot when they do.

One flaw. Levels 1-4?

But I suggest you decrease the duration to 4.5 + 0.5*ability level. That way, it promotes careful ability use, because with 12 seconds of mass damage, I could be really reckless with ability usage and still win a lot of battles.
