War matching I think needs work

I bounce between three clans for wars, all 35+ vs. Im 37-3 split between the clans and I'd say matchmaking is pretty good. The matches that seemed lopsided were always winnable. Game works fine for me, maybe it's a learn to play issue.

I believe thats what most of these complaints boil down to.

People need to stop only comparing TH levels and hero levels.

There is SO MUCH more that go into the strength calculation.

Perhaps you have maxed every single troop in your barracks...and they only have maxed dragons and maxed wizards.

You would never know but it all factors in to clan matchups.

We have been badly matched in our last 2 clan wars, although not quite as bad as the OP's clan appears to have been, with fewer th10 an th9 bases than our opponent, worst was our 16 TH10 versus the other clans 21 TH10 bases in a recent war. Looking down the war map base for base the other clan was much stronger than us. Initially we were pretty intimidated by this "strong" clan but thought we would go down fighting and give the other clan a good battle. With a good clan strategy and everyone working together plus some very good individual attacks we didn't just beat them we humiliated them eventually winning 90-25.

There is more to being a good war clan than just having the best bases and the best troops, working together as a team, attacking skills are far more important to the eventual outcome!

I'm really not in the mood for 15 people that pretend to work for supercell that are forum trolls answering in behalf of Supercell. I want supercell to answer this. I would send a customer service email, but I wont get a response for a month.

You guys are making millions and millions a year.... put some effort into your support department, before its too late. That isnt a threat that I will leave or anything silly like that; its just a fact.... poor customer support for company only ends in one way... with their clients eventually going elsewhere. This is not what I want, because I LOVE this game.

PLEASE LOOK INTO MY CLAN's matchmaking its atrocious. We would be better off if you threw a dart at a wall for picking clans.

Our current match up has their 16th ranked player about the same as our #1 ranked player. I don't want to hear it is the royals or the troops. It isn't.

I see so many posts about mismatching every day. It's not like there are 1 or 2 complainers. There are a s-Ton of them.

I like to think that smart people are working hard on improving the matchmaking algorithm, which has actually worked pretty well for my clan.

OP, what kind of TH levels are in your clan? How many members?

Please provide levels of troops, walls, heroes, spells, troop capacity and defenses for all bases before assuming it is a mismatch.

Oh wait, you don't know how strong the opposing clan's troops or spells are so u really have no clue if it is a mismatch or not. In the meantime suck it up. Tired of these whining threads.
