Golems allow you direct your attack. I feel like this comp would run around the outside of a base too much. If u actually have replays vs good bases u should post them. And please don't post attacks on garbage bases that could be easily two starred with literally any troop.

Exactly my thought when I watched the first video. You could 2 star that base even with mass barbarians.

It's not about wandering outside the base. They will just randomly break walls and ignore buildings next to them.

i just dont see how u will get pekkas into the core

the whole point of the golem was to take the initial fire while wall breakers get you in,

if pekkas start wandering on the outside initially as your 'tank', then even if the wall breakers get through, the pekkas by then will be making a circle around the base

i dont get it, maybe a video to show how you do it?

You are absolutely right, you need to channel the pekkas to the center which takes some practice. If you line up 4 of them, set them such that they start walking in towards each other, NOT outwards and around - i.e. set them on the inside side of building. If you do that, they will merge up after a building or two and with no buildings near them outside the walls, they will start to go inside. WBs can help open things up. You can also use wizzies to clear outside buildings fast to also help guide them.

Anyways, with practice (and after a couple strolls), this is starting to work nicely. The other MAJOR upside vs. Golems is that the pekkas can actually target CC troops and heros and take them out.. so that targeting helps both the centering and in handling when you can't pull.. Golems often get killed by the time backup arrives. Also, a pekka in rage can take out that pesky inferno tower.. Golems really only come up to those to say hi.

I am still baffled by pekka AI. I had cleared an area and opened a path to the core only to have 3 pekka reverse direction and walk out of the compartment to target an adjacent camp. There were closer defensive structures, but behind the wall not yet breached. To finicky for my skill set now.

This comp is just too inconsistent. There's no sure way to get Pekka where u want every time. Gowiwi will work Everytime against any base. This will not.

You guys do realize that it wouldn't be "PeWi" but rather "WiPe". That's because we already have GoWiPe but in WiPe we just don't use the Golems.

    Introducing PeWiWi!

4 Pekkas - now at lvl 5, can tank nicely.. just got to keep them in line
2 Witches - just to throw out other fodder - for 700 dark an attack, will typically bring in a profit
Wizards - a lot of them, like 20. need a few to back up each Pekka to take out pesky defenses and teslas
Others - ~8WB, always like having a few archers/minions to catch outside buildings

Trying to use similar strategy as GoWiWi - spread out 4 pekka in a line, but try to target so they move to center. Can do this based on initial placement. Line up intro wiz backup, and witches back center. Use rage spells once you see a tesla to take it out quick. I'm experimenting with some healers in back as well - altho I'm iffy there and really just want them to keep AQ alive.

Anyways - what do you think?
i use the same thing just 1 golem from cc and 1 golem 3 witches 12 wiz 8 wb 13 barbs 3 archers and 3 pekkas
