Requirements: Lvl 60+. Lvl 4+ troops. Have to have 50% lvl. 7 walls and lowest walls are lvl 6. Adult Clan must be 18+ lowest is 16 years of age.

Hi Jj, since you are starting a new clan I would HIGHLY recommend not giving away Co-Leader and Elder. Not only does it make you look childish and unprofessional, but players don't want to join an atmosphere like that. Also, I wouldn't set your clan's requirements higher than your own base. Good luck!
