You can decide who becomes the next leader--you promote them before you leave.

Yeah click on a co-leader and "Promote to Leader" option is there, removing it from yourself...

yeah, I move between the feeder a ton and i just try to promote someone to leader before i go because i dont wanna deal with trying to guess which co has been there the longest..
