I've always thought that it would lead to th10's feeding their 2nd accounts and giving them an unfair advantage.
besides, shouldnt everyone have to earn the loot for themselves? I dont mind giving troops but you can keep your hands of my loot lol.

about the bank, it would make loot awful and raiding null

Becasue a th 3 could just be in a clan with a maxed out base and he could give the th 3 like 100k resources which would be a lot for the th3 and nothing for many other players therefore making it to easy to save up for upgrades

Dont even think about it... It ruins low_lvled players gameplay abd then we should expect seeing people in global which are saying: want high resource donator clan, and then they become idiits cause they wont learn attacking and will leave game when they get higher

Your OP asked why it had been ruled out, which has essentially been answered in some fashion. Exploitation/removing the concept of three resources may not be SC's principal reasons, but I expect they are pretty high on the list.
This post is an attempt to fix the idea, or make it fit somehow, which is often the way these threads go. This suggests you think the idea is a good idea for some reason.
For an idea to get beyond an idea, it must address some problem with the game or add to the experience in some way. It might be helpful if you could explain why you think it is a good idea if you want to discuss it.
Although it is kinda academic, as it has been ruled out.

The game's whole economy is destroyed just so a few rich players can ch3at and buy in game stuff with real money from chinese sweat shop farmers.

If you could only share 100K a week, what's the point? I can make 100k in ONE barch raid with my eyes closed.
If you had a resource exchange, it defeats the purpose of having multiple resources....
