Clan War Hopper Fix

I am a clan leader and have a problem. People join my clan all the time, and then we start clan wars and they leave. What would be nice is if you could make it so no one could leave during clan wars, or even if they did they could still participate. You could make this known so that people could leave before hand, or just be okay with it. Another thing that would be nice is if you could exclude certain players from clan war, for example if you know that they are active normally but are gone for the time being. THANK YOU

Perhaps you should make new members observe a war before they participate in one, and/or just be more careful about the members you accept.

What good would it do to force a person to stay in the clan that can't/won't participate in the war? My clan has a farm team and a war team, and members go back and forth all the time (even during wars). Why should this have to stop to solve your problem?

This has been suggested many times. I think players should be able to declare themselves eligible or ineligible for war, but am not so sure I like the idea of leaders overruling a player's choice.

a leader could just force players to stay in his clan for ever by making clan war after clan war… muhahahaha

I will always be against any suggestion that forces somebody to remain in a clan they don't want to be in, hopper or not. It's just bad.
