    So am I this is ridiculous. If it takes them three weeks to reply to one person, they should hire some more freaking people for that. That would be their job, to reply to people, and make sure that everyone's tickets are filled as fast as possible.

    shiv. again same old links you have been posting. its months old. seem they have a lot of tickets months before. so why cant they do something about it?

    How long does it take to get back a village

    I lost village almost a month ago and sent in my information and got a response that said I had verified my account and they sent it to the specialized support team on September 13th. How long does it take from then to get village back my number is #5529118

    I finally got my account back after a month. If supercell doesn't reply for a while send them your ticket number. I did that and I had my village back the next day.

    Lost village

    hello somebody can help me I lost my th9 village when I playing this village it's always showing a I you want load your th4 and the problem I accidentally press confirm and my th9 village lost and go back to th4 village I've play my th9 since December 2013 buy gems and my time for this game.i send to help and issue a message many times and they never reply give the exact they need.and I don't have any ticket no. Receive

    s long as you have sent a ticket you will just need to wait. Did you send the ticket in game?

    Lost village

    I don't receive a ticket no. From them I just send a message to help and support many times since I lost my village on December 6,2015 at 9pm to 10pm pacific time.
