Free???? lolz,you know 90 % is almost impossible at champs, right?. And if someone gets this ammount it will problably be a 2 star.

Before I start, lets shrink this down to size shall we? Name and shame is against ToS on forums, you have a legit problem contact support via the correct routes.

Is the #1 player (sahilcrazy) c h e a t ing? I am here to explain some reasons why they might be.
The pictures that I have took are not working so please either believe me, or look at his base yourself.

First, they have a level 3 DE Drill (not important but still a very low level)
Second, they have ALL level 7 air defenses.
Third, they have ALOT (probably 25%-33.3%) of level 9 walls.
Continuing on, they are ahead by 32 trophies than the second place player.
Additionally, they have also only won 5 attacks, either because they have not gone on alot or they are cheap shielding others.
Finally, they have only won 2 defenses; which most likely somebody attacked them and got 90% (a FREE 16 hour shield)
These are just some assumptions that I have found and please comment if you agree or disagree on this!

An assumption is when you assume something, and I don't think that was the word you thought it was. Mostly because you are assuming waaaaay more than your points suggest. The correct word in that sentence would be "concerns," or "problems" or "issues."

The points you make are very easily explained if you understand how the game works. His attacks/defenses will be low because a new season started 2 DAYS ago. And how the person plays would have everything to do with how they upgrade defenses.
