Is the #1 player ♥♥♥♥♥ing?

Is the #1 player (sahilcrazy) c h e a t ing? I am here to explain some reasons why they might be.
The pictures that I have took are not working so please either believe me, or look at his base yourself.

First, they have a level 3 DE Drill (not important but still a very low level)
Second, they have ALL level 7 air defenses.
Third, they have ALOT (probably 25%-33.3%) of level 9 walls.
Continuing on, they are ahead by 32 trophies than the second place player.
Additionally, they have also only won 5 attacks, either because they have not gone on alot or they are cheap shielding others.
Finally, they have only won 2 defenses; which most likely somebody attacked them and got 90% (a FREE 16 hour shield)
These are just some assumptions that I have found and please comment if you agree or disagree on this!

But he also has everything else max besides walls and ad. And the difference between lvl 7 and 8 ad is not huge when you have lvl 3 inferno inferno towers and max Archer towers and max xbows set to ground and air. Not saying he isn't but his base is pretty solid.

Difference is.. those silly athletes get caught.. and get actions taken towards them.. from my experience.. if you "♥♥♥♥♥" in supercell.. they don't do anything lol

his defence levels dont determine his capability of getting trophies, plus the season is new and his stats sounds normal for a top player

Up that high defense doesn't really matter. Watch this video. It should help explain why he only has 5 attacks won. Also, why does it matter how many more trophies he has than the #2 player?
