War base edit (not in war) and top down view

a couple things that would make things a bit easier


1 we need the ability to edit a war base outside of a war (esp if you just upgraded your TH so you have a bunch of stuff to deploy on your war base)

2 it would also help to be able to flip to a 2d Top down view since the taller things tend to block access to shorter stuff (its a bit hard to upgrade a wall section BEHIND an archer tower when you can't "grab" it).

First idea, while you do have 1 day pre-war to edit, would be helpful.

The second idea, while could also be helpful, isn't really needed, and would be fairly hard for the devs to implement.
