My name is DirtyPete88 (TH lv 10, lvl 96, with over 3000 donations a season. I am one of the Leaders of the Clan: Slum Lords. We are a relatively new clan and are looking for some new members to become a part of the clan. We are looking for adult active members that like to go to war.


About the Clan
A couple friends and I began Slum Lords because we were tired of the disorganized mess of other clans. We wanted a clan with a strong leadership, which helps out lower leveled clan members, and wins clan wars. We began June 2014 and have faced challenges recruiting members. We hope that you will check us out and become a part of Slum Lords!

Requirements
-lvl 60
-lvl 7+ town hall
-lvl 4+ archers
-1300 trophies
-Mature and respectful

Rules
-Be active
-Donate what is asked for
-Use both attacks in each war
-There is no required donate: receive ratio you have to meet, as long as you are ACTIVE!!

Elder
To receive elder you must donate at least 400 a season
If you do not reach the required donates each season you will be demoted
You must also consistently use both attacks during clan war

Co-Leader
1)First and foremost to become co-leader you must be someone the leaders trust
2)Secondly, you must be someone who can take a leadership position when I am not present
Taking a leadership position means you answer any questions your clan mates may have, you start clan wars when everyone is ready, and you take part in recruiting new members
You must donate at least 1000 troops a season
If you do not reach the required donates you will be demoted to elder
You must also consistently use both attacks during clan war

War Rules
People with higher leveled troops (lvl 4+) should donate first, preferably wizards
After the first 12 hours everyone may donate to fill the rest of the war clan castles
We ask that everyone attack close to the recommended enemy for you
At the end of the war if we need more stars you may attack lower for easier stars
Likewise, if we are winning by a large amount you may attack higher up for a larger war loot bonus
We have a high win to loss ratio and do not intend to lose that!
