As a 7 I barched (assisted by 2 dragons if needed) through there BEFORE the war base update --- 1 starred many 8s and 9s and sniped when it was available. I would think that since the war base addition there would be more THs outside.

lol I got to 2599 trophies and lost a revenge defense -18, TH snipe. I purposely got to 2599, otherwise I would've been at 2600+ or 2615 trophies, I want to get masters on Tuesday so I got attacked and bought a 1-day and 2-day shield. Wasn't happy that I lost so many trophies, but it's better than -59.
