Recruitement open again for The Dark Raider! 18-5 in Wars.
Hello, I'm a Co-Leader from The Dark Raider and I got some good news. We're a clan where about 23 of our (currently) 34 members are good friends in real life, which always keeps a good base of players in the clan that donate, are loyal and win wars. The good news? We're recruiting again!
Here's some info: We were 50 members and won 8 of our first Wars. We usually had 1-5 people leave and join each week so there was always new members to get to know. But suddenly our win-streak ended and we lost alot (5) of the Wars in a row because of uneven matchmaking.
We then learned that the reason for that had been that TH LvL is apparantly ranked incredibly high in the matchup system.
So we cleaned out all the inactive TH rushers/Premies and after that we have won 10 Wars in a row, crushing every opponent. But having to clean up so many member has set us back in the number of members we have (currently down to 34 members), especially Europeans, since every morning (EU time) it seems hard to get donations. As I'm one of the few Europeans in the clan, I see this as a problem.
So we've decided to start recruiting again. I'll make a list of the requirements of you and a list the things that show how we may differ from other clans.
Here's the requirements:
1: You can't swear and you have to respect other Clan members and their requests and we will respect you and your requests. Your age doesn't matter if you act mature and follow the rules. Our members range from 12 to 48 years old.
2: You have to be TH7+.
3: You can't be a premie/TH rusher. (There's no problem if you -for example- maxed TH6 or TH7 and just upgraded your TH to the next LvL)
4: You have to keep a relatively good donation-to-received ratio. At 200 donations you will receive Elder, but it can be lost if you start mishandling your donation ratio. (A new TH7 with LvL 3 units/troops will get a pass until they've got their units to LvL 4, which doesn't take long)
5: You have to use both your attacks in our 2 weekly Wars, unless you have a good reason not to. (This must be conveyed to a Co-Leader or the Leader himself before you do whatever you need to do. You can also ask a active Elder to tell the leaders in case you are in a hurry)
6: You aren't allowed to TH snipe in Wars. (Exceptions are made to this rule when there's no doubt that we'll win, even if we were to only TH snipe the same top guy, getting us no new stars. We -the leaders- will decide when you get to do that and will then send a message to everyone that we've won the War and the details of whom of the enemy's top players that they can snipe easily. You may under no circumstances assume that we've won and start TH sniping without a leaders consent.)
As you can see, this is alot of things to keep in mind. Having 34 members that follow these rules makes up for a good base of players, but getting new members through the global system is hard. Out of the 10 people that join each week we get to keep about 2 good players/people. But having these rules makes it so that people care for eachother and love helping eachother out. It also causes strong sense of unity, as we feel like a elite group of soldiers who
-even though they're few- win each of their Wars. Think of us like the spartans.
So what can we promise you if you join and follow these rules? Here's what: You will never have or want to look for another clan again. You will never have to worry about losing Clan Wars again, keeping a good, steady flow of extra resources going in. You will make new, long-lasting friends/gaming pals.
What really differs us from the rest is that every members matters. You are not just a number, you are a fellow human being and you get treated as such. Because that's what happens when you only keep a few good people each week. Those few people get to be someone in the clan. They are the new good players that got through the process and made it out a member.
