New troop (Sea Alien)

I think that a troop called Sea Alien would be cool. Here are the Stats:

Dark Elixir cost: 165
Hitpoints: 250
Damage per second: 20
Favorite target: Resources
Housing Space: 3


When it dies, it sends off an explosion to a nearby building, completely destroying it.

fast like a goblin, health of a giant, attacks resources. Sounds pretty useless and OP to me. Also, of course they would make it for either normal barracks or dark barracks. What else would they do?
