leagues balancing

Hi,

I play since few months, and actually to increase a building or troops, it cost 2, 3 or 4 millions. The problem is that some players who are more evaluate are in the same league to me, and attack to stole resources. So it's very difficult to evolve now, I think that the players in the same league should have the same amount of trophies like actually and the same LEVEL, so it will be more balanced.

EDIT: misread the OP retyping now
Wait, no I didn't... Anyway, as I said before I thought I misread, this would allow TH3's to achieve Champion league very easily. It would also prevent any premmie TH10 from recovering, as they would be matched against players with TH8 or lower.
