Keep in mind that this was only 15 minutes. Are field trips in elementary school gonna make every kid fail? Or if they extended a few minutes from the time to get to the next class by even 2.5 minutes, every student would not get a good job? I am giving you the benefit of the doubt hoping that you actually thought they let them play CoC throughout the school day every day.
On topic, I think it is fine for math teachers to incorporate 15 minutes of break/fun time to the students if the class all together did good on a past test etc. CoC is also a strategy game so its not like flappy bird where you keep tapping the screen. In a sense CoC is a good way to keep your brain working while you are having fun.
