Once placed on the field of battle he begins chanting the forbidden art of dark magic. The spell takes 30 seconds to conjure. Everything that's died on the battlefield will return to life, including clan castle troops of the fallen enemy, and will become a zombie slave of the Necromancer. Zombies are slower but considerably stronger than the living, plus have more random tendencies. Which means their speed decreases by 50%, power increases by 50%, and they no longer care what they attack. (They might walk past 3 defensive targets before deciding to attack something, or perhaps it attacks the first thing it sees.)
There could be a cool animation of these things rising from their graves(tombstones) and look blood stained. Their Hit Points double, unless it's a strong character such as dragons, peeka, hogs, etc... which in that instance the hp is reduced by 75%, dps reduced by 80%.
All undead take dps times 40 damage from fire and/or lightning, which makes them incredibly weak against inferno towers and hidden teslas. However, they take 50% less damage against archer based attacks.
The Necromancer is only powerful enough to use this dark magic for 10 seconds at level 1, 15 seconds at level 2, 20 seconds at level 3, 25 at level 3, 30 at level 4, 35 at level 5, and 40 at level 6. No other attributes shall be affected by leveling up, only the duration of time.
If the Necromancer is killed, any summoned zombies turn into the defender's helpers until the spell wears off and will begin killing your troops. The zombie effect takes place, each fallen soldier will immediately rise and attack the living.
This dark art will cost dark elixer. Only one Necromancer can be trained per battle. Takes 2 hrs to train + 15 minutes per level.
