Looks like it's meant to hold the attacker to one star- the town hall, and no more than 2 stars. Looks nice.

Update this base !!
I use this base since July 13th.
Now,with new troop,update this base.
Latest "Sucker Punch" tweak.
I separated the air towers slightly to make it near impossible to lightning. The pathing for hog in the south has also been adjusted to try to keep then out of the core. Moved air bombs for update.
This is an untested design for after the update, but I think it will do well. I will post some more logs soon.

Used the latest version of this base, first time using it in war and got attacked once and got 3 starred by a th9 with gowiwi... My defenses are all one upgrade away from max.
So townhall 8 defences, what level walls?
Townhall 9's using GoWiWi/GoWiPe fair pretty well attacking any maxed townhall 9 reguardless of design. It's just one of the things you got to live with not having infurno towers.

Temptation a trophy base that will intice people to hit you and fail.
The Offering V9.2 a farming base for maxed out towhall 9's who dont need to protect elixir.
I got 2'd pretty easy with GoWipe attacking from bottom lvl 1 golems, first attack. Skull walls few legos, Xbows lvl 3 but havent started my teslas yet so those are still 6.
You must get lots of really bad attackers, like the guy below. Also lot of the wins seem to be against Giant attack...I don't think I have ever seen a giant attack against my bases as a TH9.
I do like the base and will keep for another war or 2...it seems easy to 2 but tough to 3 so if I can waste more attacks as they try and go for 3 it will be worth it.
