where do you put your tesla, for what functions?

Hidden tesla is quite a unique defensive structure. Due to its "hidden" nature, you can manipulate it unbeknownst to your opponent. There are a variety of uses; it can get pretty electricky. I'm curious how you clashers make use of them.

Where do you put your tesla? (core, outer core, perimeter wall inner, perimeter wall outer, outfielder, or others)

What does it aim to do? (regular defense, strategic support, misdirect balloons, trap, farking around, etc)

Please elaborate a bit, thanks.

I use mine in defensive weak spots, or sometimes as a trap.

i have 4 teslas level 6 in the center of my base. Anybody who comes inside gets a whopping 300 damage per second firing on them

i have 1 at the top guarding 2 elixir storages with the help of 2 archer towers and 3 cannons, 1 at the bottom same purpose with the same protection. and 1 on each side guarding my air def. and ready to zap wall bombers at certain areas.

I put mine by my town hall but only when pushing. For farming i put them as close as possible to storages and air defenses for obvious reason
